Danny DeVito Neighborhood Gate

Gate Designed and installed in Kensington Philadelphia requested from the local community. The gate is a solution to a heavily trafficked and trashed alleyway which caused many local disturbances.
Instead of going with standard metal bars, we decided to create a design which felt more unique. We decided upon a 7-by-3 foot steel gate of intricately-designed scrollwork that featured a large portrait of actor Danny DeVito in the center.
Due to pandemic anxiety and social unrest across Philadelphia this year, we decided to build something that might make people smile and could create a positive impact on the neighborhood.
